But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. – Acts 1:8 NIV

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. – Matthew 28:19-20 NIV

Our team has been blessed by the Lord to be given hundreds of disciples, both laity and pastors, over the past 15 years in Africa, Russia, 12 Eastern European countries, as well as the Southeast USA. Over 150 pastors have completed our Co-Mission Institute.

Poland: In Poznan, Jarek and Iwonka Pietrzak lead an existing school, King David School, and an Institute for Disciple Making that needs a permanent facility with well-trained leaders, as well as a University to train Christian School Teachers. In Sopot, First Baptist Pastor Konrad Grondys has planted a vision to revitalize the Baptist Churches in Poland.

“I met Bill Lohnes in 2014 at the ELF in Wisla, Poland. I have taken John Musselman’s track. Bill shared his experience in that class. It was an unforgettable meeting and class. I saw in his eyes fire and passion for the Discipleship Makers. Next year I have taken their class again. After that I asked Bill to become my mentor in this way. During three years we come together every week for accountability. Now we meet every month. Together we developed the Discipleship curriculum for the Resurrection church in Kyiv. Bill and his wife Paula started to come and teach on the leaders retreats, seminars, D camps and share the resources for that with us. Since then, Bill and Paula have been our good friends. In our church we have several discipleship groups which develop. Praise the Lord for their work and ministry!" – Pastor Igor Federovich
“When Bill Lohnes lecture or train on Discipleship, he does it with great passion, and that endeared him to be love by many students as we always look forward that he comes back to Nigeria again. Even after he left for USA, we both keep communicating and, he will always inform me that they prayed for me every Monday at his discipleship class, I was elated. That gives me hope that, I have a Mentor in USA who not only counsel and encourage, but supports me and the work in prayers and finances. I am also still learning out of his numerous experiences from his discipleship coaching trips to Ukraine and several other countries through Narrow Gate Ministry reports. His heart and hands are always open to me whenever he reads our Missionary reports, and I sincerely appreciate such a man with a large heart. Thanks Mr. Bill Lohnes for making yourself available for kingdom expansion. ” – Johnson Adelaja Tolowoetan
“The mission statement of Way of Life Ministry is: Living by Design for the Glory of God. We believe that man’s chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy him forever. We are achieving this purpose by accomplishing Great Commandment, because we believe that this is final will of God. The earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the Lord, as the waters filled the see. Hab.2.14 Narrow Gate is bringing a huge encouragement to our discipleship ministry. We are receiving this both in the area of growth in passion for disciple making and also in the area of growth in the structure that is bringing significant change in the quality of our processes of making disciples of Christ. We love the people from Narrow Gate."
