Apprentice of Jesus - Our Strategy
Disciple: We host 3-year disciple-making groups with 4-6 believers each. Through our Apprentice of Jesus curriculum participants will learn the methods and teachings of Jesus. This is our approach to making disciples and training disciple-makers. The goal is for everyone in the group to experience what it is to be maturing in Christ and to learn how to multiply their faith in the lives of others. It’s our way of living out the Great Commission as a lifestyle.
Coach: We provide the opportunity for disciple groups to engage with several assessments to grow in their understanding of their personality styles and spiritual gifts. We offer encouragement, affirmation, and accountability as they live out their God-given purpose and design as a disciple and disciple-maker with Jesus.
Mentor: As Paul made three journeys to encourage, edify, and support his past disciples, we know that a follow-up system is necessary to multiply disciples of Jesus to the fourth generation.
