Begin Narrow Gate; begin first women’s groups; taught Wesleyan Discipleship to 70+ Pastors with John Musselman in Lagos, Nigeria at the West African Theological Seminary

Narrow Gate became a 501c3; adopted Jesus Model for Disciple-Making and developed Apprentice of Jesus Curriculum; Mark and Tammy Danzey join Narrow Gate Board
2014-2018
Equipped 36 Pastors to Make Disciple Makers in 12 European Countries; Trained over 100 Pastors at The Moscow Theological Seminary in Russia; Ongoing training of Disciple-Making Leaders: Way of Life Fellowship Pozan, Poland; Resurrection Church, Kiev, Ukriane; 1st Baptist Church, Sopot, Poland
2018-2020
Added the “Co-Mission Institute” to make Disciple-Making Pastors in S.E. USA; Utilized our board and team to refine our ministry strategy to make it more scalable; Mark Danzey becomes Executive Director (8/2020)
2020-2022
2020-2022 Instituted a formal eight member Board of Directors who are disciple-makers; added Rita Felice as the Director of Operations (10/2020), Katie Garrison as a part-time Program Administrator (12/2020) and Deirdre Bibbs as Manager of Business Operations (05/2022); recruited eight professional coaches to provide soul care to pastors in our Co-Mission Institute (2021-2022); expanded the Co-Mission Institute to include the Kentucky United Methodist Conference with the potential to reach 800 pastors (03/2021)
2023-2026
- We established an Atlanta-based training hub for the Co-Mission Institute expanding access and reach to a growing diverse community of pastors trained and equipped in the Jesus model of disciple-making.
- We added Meredith Grzyb to our team full time as Communications Manager & Executive Assistant to Mark Danzey
- We created and launched our Apprentice of Jesus, 3-year curriculum. By offering this transferable and replicable resource free of charge on both web and mobile platforms we’ve removed every barrier to access. We believe this technology fueled by the Holy Spirit is the key to multiplying Jesus’ model of discipleship on a scale never before possible.
