Co-Mission Institute

The Co-Mission Institute is a disciple leader training for Pastors designed to equip them to follow Jesus’ model for growing self-initiating, reproducing disciples of Jesus. Pastors gather in small groups online and in-person for two years with trained leaders and coaches to focus on soul care, professional management skills, and how to create a disciple-making culture in their church.

From-Disciple-to-Disciple-Maker-AOJ

Pastors Receive:

  • 18 full-day sessions over a two-year span
  • 18 professional coaching sessions with assessments
  • Mentoring in year 3 as your disciple-making culture plan is implemented
