How do I make disciples?
In order to make disciples, you have to be a disciple. A disciple is a learner, pupil, and one who follows Christ’s teachings. A disciple is obedient to His Word and models his or her life after Him. Disciple-making is an intentional process of lasting life transformation that occurs over a period of time within the context of a small group of people who have prayerfully committed to becoming more like Jesus Christ.
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
