Deirdre Bibbs

Deirdre joined Narrow Gate in May of 2022 as Operations Manager. In 2023 she transitioned to Operations Director and currently oversees the day-to-day operations. The position she held prior to her transition to Narrow Gate was the Business Operations Manager for the Department of Watershed Management at the City of Atlanta. She was responsible for managing the business day-to-day activities associated with contracts, budgets, and human resources to assure the department followed the city’s policies.

Deirdre’s personal convictions and passion for Christ have given her the opportunity to volunteer for over 20 years in the local church as an administrator, trustee, event planner, and personal assistant to the pastor. She oversaw operations headquartered in Atlanta as well as five remote locations around the U.S. She attributes this experience to her ability to manage multiple competing priorities and relationships across different levels of an organization.

Deirdre earned her Associates in Business Administration, holds several certifications in IT-related skills, and is also a Certified Christian Life Coach. She is currently a participant in Narrow Gate’s Co-Mission Institute and is leading a weekly disciple-making group of four women.

Deirdre is a native of Atlanta and is proud to be the parent of two children: a married adult son, James Bibbs (Idalis), and a daughter, Danielle Bibbs who is graduating high school and heading to college this year.
