Meredith works as an organizational culture consultant and leadership coach for a consulting firm. She also founded her own life coaching practice, Care Well Coaching, where she works with individuals, premarital couples, and church ministries.
Meredith is a Certified Life Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant and Leadership Coach, and a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them step forward with purpose, into healing and wholeness. She has worked with individuals, leaders, and teams helping them navigate through transition with truth, confidence and grace.
